Here it is, 10%+ page 89! Meander goes to 95% of his halo space.
This is half the size of the original. It was done in six layers: the sketch, the lines, the character color, the background, some of Meander's heat sinks, and the flaming percentages.
It's all solids too, that's why it took so long... I was tempted to use opacity functions for some of the flames but I remained staunch to my methods
I'm going to SPXpo tomorrow for a couple of hours, and I must help my father install a new hot water heater in our basement on Sunday, so 10%+ resumes on good old PaintBBS on Monday.
